Alternative Metal
The alternative metal is a subgenre of Metal that combines several features of alternative rock and other styles. The genre emerged from the 80's, reaching a further development from the 90's. The boundary of this sub-genre is not very clear, like the alternative rock itself, but basically involves bands that experimented with different styles to traditional Heavy Metal of their times, including features from other genres and breaking various schemes. The adjective "alternative" refers precisely to the fact different and original proposals, although this does not cover any kind of originality in reality.

The heavy riffs and distorted sections are combined with clean guitar arpeggios, with the slow speed, cut rhythms elaborate harmonies, and from rap to the heartbreaking melodies mixed in his voice.
